Calling from the System phone book

(Central directory)

In idle mode, press the π navigation key.

Enter the first letter(s) of the name you want, then press

Use the navigation keys to select one of the entries displayed.

Press the call key; the selected entry is then dialled directly.

You can also call up the system phone book via the Navigation menu (see page 17) or via the ❯❯❯

menu access when the handset is in idle mode.

Menu during a connection

In the idle mode briefly press the menu key ❯❯❯ , then select …

• Select line

You obtain a summary of any call keys / lines available on your handset. Select the

key you want to use to make a call and enter the destination.

• Release call

Disconnects the connection. The current call is terminated and you can dial a new

number.

• Team hold

If you want to continue a call on a different team phone, you can activate a “team

hold” feature. The call is put on hold, and a “call on hold” is made to the team mem-

bers.

• Call keys
